The Incredibles (2004)

An animated film by Pixar that shows how superheroes can be vilified as much as adored. A number of them are put into retirement and made to live ordinary lives. Then one day an organization hires Mr. Incredible to use his powers to turn off this brilliant machine. But he is captured and other heroes and their powers enter the scene to rescue him. There is a superhero family involved that have to stop Syndrome from harming innocent lives. Disney has grown up and added zest to the dialogue and creativity to characters we haven't seen before, which breathes life into THE INCREDIBLES. One of them walks on water so to speak. Craig T. Nelson is the voice of Mr. Incredible and Samuel L. Jackson also joins in as a kewl superhero. I had loads of fun watching this James Bond scenario and loads of laughs as well. [4.5 stars]
