The Good, The Bad And The Ugly (1966)

Western starring Clint Eastwood who takes the reward money for bringing in a hoodlum and then shoots the man free as they attempt to hang him. Word is out that a cash box is buried in a grave and the two of them, along with a third man (Lee Van Cleef), make efforts to procure it for themselves. I felt the music was outstanding and lifts THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY into the upper echelon of cinema glory. Along the way we meet a priest, a stagecoach, a double cross and Civil War troop activities. One of the kewlest endings you will ever see and leaves you feeling completely satisfied. [4.5 stars]
